In today's times we are subjected to all sorts of tensions and stresses that in turn cause problems like High/Low Blood Pressure & Cardiac problems.
When we meditate,the energy collected gets dispersed in the relevant areas.This regularises the rhythm of the body.This happens because,as one is fully absorbed in meditation,the beta waves of the brain rise to the wavelength of the gamma and delta.
Meditation helps our body to extract all negative energies and fill it with positive energies
