Hence, to avoid this embarrassment in public, we give you a few tips to handle these annoying body problems, and when you should seek medical assistance if the problem doesn't stop.
Hirsutism (Body hair)
Having body hair is very common. But too much of body hair on the face or chest is a reason to worry if you are a woman (and in extreme cases, even if you're a man!). This is caused by an excess of male hormones called androgens.
What to do: Take medical assistance, self-help may worsen the case. Your doctor may prescribe some treatments or drugs, or some medical or hair removal therapy.
Hiccups
That sudden 'hic' sound is the most common problem faced by each one of us. Hiccups are caused when our diaphragm starts contracting involuntary.
What to do: Relax your diaphragm, by drinking a glass of water or hold your breath for few seconds and then start breathing slowly.

What to do: Increase your intake of water, chew sugar free candies or gum, if you smoke then limit it and reduce your caffeine intake. If none of the above remedies work then seek medical assistance.
Ahhhh-chooo!
The most annoying problem is a nonstop sneeze attack. The reason could be anything, an allergy or a signal of a viral infection.
What to do: If the reason for your sneezes is allergic then go in depth and find out what you are allergic to, or seek medical help.
Dandruff
Shedding of white dead scalp is a very common and frustrating problem. It gets very annoying when you can't wear your favorite black outfit in the fear that someone will notice your dandruff.
What to do: Apply lemon juice or apply coconut or olive oil before washing your hair, and regularly wash your hair with a good anti-dandruff shampoo. However, chronic dandruff that refuses to go away needs medical attention, so you might need to consult a dermatologist.

Sweating is the body's natural way to throw out toxins, which works in unison with various sweat glands to keep us cool. But, when these sweat glands get hyperactive, which results in excessive sweating, it can cause a little annoyance, especially if you are on your way to something important - say an interview or a meeting.
What to do: In order to overcome excessive sweating, you can soak the offending body part with baking soda and corn starch mixture or take medical help.

This stench can get on your nerves when you take off your footwear in a social setting. Sometimes, it can even be so bad that people can smell it even when the affected person is wearing shoes.
What to do: Do not wear synthetic socks. Instead, use sweat-absorbent socks, wash your feet regularly, spray some antiperspirant or foot spray before wearing socks or replace with sandals or floaters.

The most annoying problem faced by youngsters and adolescents, which is caused because of hormonal changes and in some light cases intake of oily food.
What to do: Indulge in facial care, regularly cleanse, exfoliate and scrub your face in order to get rid of dead skin, never break your pimples, avoid oily-junk food. Consult a dermatologist, but if this doesn't solve the issue, then consider a specialist who will assess your hormonal imbalances, if any.
